The house offers up to eight guests a stylish slice of beach living in the heart of Malibu- 21 miles of the most expensive shoreline in the world. Built in 1952, this fantastic Mid-Century modern home was designed by Architect Alfred Gillman and has been recently redecorated throughout. The interiors are light, white and airy, making the most of the ocean view from huge floor to ceiling windows. The modern kitchen leads onto the open plan living space where sea spray tones, art work, throws and cushions add a softness to the white palate.
The living area exists on one level along with three chic en-suite double bedrooms. A floating staircase takes you to an upstairs Master Suite with a king bed, private balcony and frontline ocean views.
The house itself occupies 3,670 square feet and is built from wood in the traditional style of a 1950’s Californian beach house.
