Guests can relax back into the two over sized leather sofas whilst enjoying breathtaking coastal views out beyond the raised decked area.

From here step down to a separate, more informal area with a large Vibiefe sofa, oak flooring and 50 inch TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. The high tech ‘In-House Zon' music system makes it possible to enjoy high quality music anywhere in the house, with no limitations.

Games Room

A relaxed and less formal area for playing X-Box, board games and for watching TV or DVD's . It has a wall mounted 40 inch flat screen TV and surround sound. There's a B&B Italia Charles Sofa, a design classic and a toughened glass wall exposes a bespoke staircase leading to one of the bedrooms.

Study

The study features reading chairs by B&B Italia, a bespoke oak desk, a table designed especially for the space and an arched ‘Twig' lamp.

This is a place to read a book, write a postcard or relax and listen to music while looking out across the bay.
